I wanted to take this opportunity to not only thank you and your staff for the exceptionally good care our ‘daughter’ Heidi received at your hospital before, during and after her recent surgery but to also share with you how confident we are with the care you provide.
We started going to your facility when our dog required updates to her shots.  From the moment I walked into your offices and met Dr. McGlothlin and various members of the staff in May, there was no question that we found a new home for our animals’ care.  I was simply amazed with the warmth of everyone and the professional care provided.  Additionally, the fees assessed were quite reasonable.
I believe in acknowledging exceptional service as much as bringing dissatisfactory service levels to one’s attention.  Your own customer service and animal care expectations need to be positively acknowledged.  It’s important that we do all we can to be certain that exceptional businesses thrive and grow in our community.  Cibolo Canyons Veterinary Hospital is certainly one of those exceptional businesses.

We want to thank you for your wonderful care of our sweet girl, Duchess.  She truly LOVED coming to the vet thanks to all of you.  You were all so kind and really made each visit so much fun for her.  As you can imagine, we miss her like crazy.  We can never thank you all enough for how hard you all worked to try to save her.  I think it was just her time to go.  Thank you again.

We want to thank you for the kind and compassionate care you have shown to us and our cat.  You were more than accommodating by giving us a same day appointment when we needed to bring in our stray cat (whom we‘ve decided to name “Lucy”).  You were thorough with your explanations and understanding when we had tough decisions to make.  We appreciate your promptness with her surgery. It is evident that you enjoy your jobs and take pride in caring for our animal companions.
