In 2009, Chrissy completed the academic program for an Associate Degree in Veterinary Technology. She passed her State and National Board exams and is now a RVT at Cibolo Canyons Veterinary Hospital.

Chrissy has an adorable four-year-old daughter named Charlize. She also has a couple of great dogs – 10-year-old Dagwood and two-year-old Maddie.

In her spare time, Chrissy enjoys spending time with her daughter and family.  She also likes to bake and travel.

Christa has worked in the veterinary field for 8 years, first as an assistant and was trained as a veterinary technician. She has a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from UT San Antonio.  Christa was born in Germany, but has lived in San Antonio since 1991. Her family is made up of a wonderful husband, Andrew, three dogs, Lady, Cheyenne and Lakota, and a turtle named Titus.  Christa enjoys the outdoors, traveling, baking, photography, and hanging out with family and friends. 

Donna was born in Ridgewood, NJ and moved to Texas in 1998. She received a Bachelors of Music/Teachers Certificate from SUNY and a Masters in Music Performance from NYU. She taught high school band and drama for 12 years before entering the veterinary field where she has worked since.

Donna's family includes her partner Linda, a dog Sparky, 5 cats – Taz, Dracqui, Kiki, Brady, Tessie and Tootles the bird.

Donna plays saxophone, keyboard and clarinet in a Pop-Rock Band at various local venues. She loves sports and travel.

Liz has a varied background working with animals including the San Diego Zoo, California Wild Animal Park, Sea World of San Diego and Sea World of Texas.  Her current position is Kennel Manager at Cibolo Canyons Veterinary Hospital.  She is also pursuing a nursing degree.

Pets include several cats, a Jack Russell Terrier and Arabian Horses.

Liz enjoys many outdoor activities including camping, biking, bird watching, showing and riding Arabian Horses and scuba diving.  When not pursuing outdoor activities, she is an avid reader.

Saundra was born in Fredericksburg in the heart of the Texas Hill Country.  She has lived in San Antonio, Houston and Dallas over the years but considers San Antonio home.

Saundra enjoyed a long career in the hospitality industry.  She was employed by La Quinta hotels for more than 20 years and held positions in the marketing and advertising field. The veterinary field is a new venture for her and she is enjoying the daily interaction with great dogs and cats.  She also has a professional pet sitting service.

Saundra’s immediate family includes two daughters and their families. Spending time with family and friends is high on her list of favorite things to do along with a love of outdoor activities that include hiking, gardening, traveling around the hill country and to the Colorado Rockies whenever possible.

Kate was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas and graduated from Clark High School.  She received her Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from UTSA in 2007 and her goal is to teach elementary or middle school students.

Kate’s love for animals has led her to work in the veterinary field on and off for almost seven years.  Her personal pet family includes 4 cats – Max, Tinkerbell, Sophie and Lily.

Reading, cooking and caring for animals are a few of Kate’s favorite things to enjoy.  She admits to frequently being asked about having the same name as a famous celebrity.
