Cibolo Canyons Veterinary Hospital is currently taking applications for the following positions:

• Full-Time* Technician (w/exp)
• Part-Time* Animal Care Assistant
• Part-Time* Technician Assistant

*FT employees work 33-40 hrs/week and PT employees work 25-30 hrs/week
Technician applicants must have at least 2 years experience and available to work until 6:30 pm M-F and also every other Saturday. 
Animal Care Assistant and Technician Assistant applicants must be available to work until 6:30 pm M-F and at least 1 shift Sat AM or PM AND 1 shift Sun AM or PM. 
Technician job duties include but not limited to:

• Taking appointments to exam rooms
• Assisting Veterinarian’s in appointments
• Educating clients
• Performing blood draws
• Running lab work on in house lab equipment
• Admitting surgical/hospital patients
• Radiology
• Surgery
• Animal Care
• Dentistry
• General daily cleaning
• Other duties as assigned

Kennel Assistant job Duties include but not limited to:

• Taking care of boarding/hospitalized patients
• Cleaning runs & cages
• Walking, feeding, & watering boarding/hospitalized patients
• Administering medications
• Assisting Technicians as needed
• Performing nail trims
• Performing baths
• Checking in boarding appointments
• General daily cleaning

Technician Assistant job duties include but not limited to:

• Taking care of boarding/hospitalized patients
• Cleaning runs & cages
• Admitting patients
• Discharging patients
• Taking patients to exam rooms
• Administering medications
• Assisting Technicians/Doctors
• Performing nail trims
• Drawing blood
• Expressing anal glands
• Checking in boarding appointments
• General daily cleaning
